Sadly I wasn't able to make the game against Cwood on Friday, but I'm by no means a fair weather fan, just circumstances! I sure hope others aren't giving up on the Boys in Blue. I agree-it drives me crazy when people give up on a team that isn't delivering a near perfect season. We'll be back that's for sure! And we still have a lot of games left and those guys deserve our support because I'm sure they're playing with their whole hearts out on the field. Support them, don't tear them down.
There is still a lot of games left to determine who goes to playoffs
PV has Kelly, GC, Coeburn and Appy
Clintwood has GC, Kelly, Norton and Pound
Gate City has Kelly, Clintwood, PV, Appy, Burton
Haysi has Betsy Lane, Lee, Hurley, Letcher, Ervinton, and Grundy
Honaker has Twin Valley, Virginia (High I assume?), Hurley and Tazwell
4 of those 5 appear to be able to go, which one slips up and doesn't get there is the question.
What we've got here is failure to communicate. Some men you just can't reach, so you get what we had here last week which is the way he wants it. Well, he gets it.
Right now i don't even look at the playoff picture. There is so many if's and butts it isn't funny. One off night the rest of the schedule for most and some body will be setting at home. And probably a good team at that. I know i seen it happen to the Wave on more than one occassion over they years. And then to Honaker also.
